  • Wszystko nam sie podobalo. Mielismy ladny, przestronny apartament. Personel bardzo mily i uprzejmy. Dziekujemy za wspanialy pobyt. Alles hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein schönes, geräumiges Appartement. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir bedanken uns für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

  • Moglyby byc dwie lazienki w apartamencie. Na 10 osob bylob to bardziej komfortowe niz tylko jedna. Ale poza tym wszystko super! Zwei Badezimmer im Appartement wären wünschenswert. Bei 10 Personen wäre es komfortabler gewesen. Ansonsten war alles super!

  • Die Lage ist sehr gut.

  • Die Zusatzkosten des Saunabereiches sind völlig überteuert.25€ p.P. im Einzelzimmer je Stunde grenzen an Wucher. SONDERREGELUNG durch die Einzelbelegung wurde abgelehnt. Zusatzkosten für Sauna im 3 Sternehotel sind ohnehin extrem unüblich. Die Ausstattung ist stark abgenutzt, im Eingang tropft es aus der Decke, Skikeller nicht beheizt. Frühstück sehr schlicht, Abendessen war nicht überzeugend. Abrechnungsservice mit EC in EUR wurde abgelehnt, Zusatzgebühren von 7% durch Umrechnung gingen zu Lasten des Kunden. Fenster waren nicht dicht, Strassengeräusche und die Schneekanone gegenüber haben den Schlaf erheblich gestört. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Fernseher und Gespräche anderer Zimmer waren gut zu hören. Zum Teil auch Schinmel in den Duschen. Insgesamt rechtfertigen Ausstattung und Service nicht die Bezeichnung " 3 Sterne Hotel". Es gab keinen Roomservice . Der Preis von 80€ je Nacht und Person ist jedenfalls viel zu hoch für dieses Unterkunfstpaket ohne tgl. Roomservice.

  • Nice mountain hotel. Big rooms and having the basics for a short stay. If you travel here in summer, they don´t have mini-bar in the rooms, so keep it in mind if you like to have some cold drink waiting for your in the room after your hikings.

  • The wellnes area is super.

  • The temperature of the swimming pools in the welness area was not well managed. It was a lottery to see if you will find it cold or warm.

  • Byli jsme velmi spokojeni, strava výborná, personál úžasný velmi ochotný. Sice nám dva dny propršelo ale vynahradilo nám to krásné a čisťoučké wellness. Moc všem zaměstnancům hotelu děkujeme a určitě jsme nebyli naposled.
